Bifrost is sending us vDOT/DOT fair value price periodically using XCM which spends approximately 2200 HDX for fees from their [sibling account](https://hydration.subscan.io/account/7LCt6dFs6sraSg31uKfbRH7soQ66GRb3LAkGZJ1ie3369crq?tab=balance_history). This proposal covers this cost for 222 days, before this time is up we shall find good way to fund it automatically or waive fee somehow. 
Oracle price is used to keep GDOT balanced with equal value of DOT and vDOT and its planned to be used as vDOT borrowing oracle in near future as well.
Note that this complete amount will end up back in treasury as it captures 100% transaction fees, fees on Bifrost side are covered by them with no cost for us.
