Dwellir is currently serving the Hydration community with a public RPC endpoint service. We are serving on average 72,00,000 requests per day. 

This proposal is to cover the costs for October, November and December in 2024. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.

**Important update:** Since [early December](https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/11149/files) we are Geo Load Balancing the service between Europe and South East Asia, creating a much better experience for users in Asia. As a result of this upgrade the new URL to the RPC service is <ins>hydration-rpc.n.dwellir.com</ins>.
