Add WETH (Moonbeam Wormhole) to the Omnipool with initial price of `67.84 LRNA` - given WETH price of `1664 DAI` and LRNA price of `24.53 DAI`.

WETH (Moonbeam Wormhole) will be added with a 30% weight cap and the owner of the position will be the HydraDX Treasury.
