- **Add 10.98 WBTC to Omnipool**
- Set weight cap of WETH to 45% 
- Set weight cap of DAI to 45% 
- Set weight cap of WBTC to 35% 
- Set weight cap of HDX to 10% 
- **Add 8,400,000 HDX to Omnipool**
- **Set weight cap of HDX to 5%**

- **Open HDX -> CFG HRMP channel**

- **Accept ASTR -> HDX HRMP channel**
