This proposal, if approved, will send an XCM message from Hydration parachain origin to Asset Hub with transact instruction to "touch" the following foreign assets from Ethereum:
- AAVE
- sUSDe
- sUSDs

What is "touching an asset"?
Currently, Asset Hub has a limit of 64 consumers per account. Each asset an account stores takes up one consumer. As our parachain account reached this limit, it is necessary to call this for any additional asset that our parachain wants to operate with.
