When the DED token originally launched (along with PINK, kicking off memecoin szn) - there were some failed XCM transactions that resulted in users getting their DED tokens trapped. This was a special (and at the time unsolvable) case as these tokens couldn't be used to pay for fees and therefore couldn't be claimed.

After quite some back and forth and some xcm upgrades on both sides, we are now able to reclaim these trapped assets for the impacted users. This proposal, if approved, does just that.
