This proposal aims to send half of the Hydration Parachain sovereign account DOT from Polkadot to Hydration Parachain sovereign account on AssetHub

This will allow us to send DOT directly from AssetHub to Hydration and vice - versa as well as allow the XCM fees on AH to be paid in DOT which will enable integration with Snowfork bridge. I recommend to fast-track this referenda.

This is a first part of the effort to move our DOT reserve from Polkadot relay chain to AssetHub
