- Create Global and Yield Farms for the below assets at the maximum APRs presented

- Mint `121,229,167` HDX to the Hydration Treasury for:
    - The [first bonds campaign](https://hydration.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/85) - `50,000,000` HDX
    - The [second bonds campaign](https://hydration.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/102) - `22,000,000` HDX
    - The first batch of HDX rewards for the Polkadot Hydration campaign - `49,229,167` HDX

These HDX are from the [Growth portion of HDX supply](https://docs.hydration.net/tokenomics) - the previous bonds events were taken directly from the Treasury balance to be replaced by the Growth pot at a later date.
