After the [OpenSquare snapshot](https://voting.opensquare.io/space/hydradx/proposal/QmbU5L92rbBGuLdJGqNjG5FBBiYGmZHSWNhv6TgAusrutq) voted to use the HydraDX allocation of PINK as liquidity, this proposal, if approved will:

- Mint `6,557,081` PINK to the HydraDX Treasury - these currently reside on the [HydraDX Sibling Account](https://assethub-polkadot.subscan.io/account/13cKp89Uh2yWgTG28JA1QEvPUMjEPKejqkjHKf9zqLiFKjH6) on AssetHub, but do not yet exist on HydraDX.
- Transfer `6,557,081` PINK from HydraDX Treasury to a Council-controlled multisig `7Hf1BkDYtp2YijMkJ6obQt8wrPrzn4KYrbek2Pp1iAobmefs`
    - This is a 4/7 threshold multisig with the following council members as signatories: lolmcshizz, amphibiousParakeet, Crane, Leemo, Mister Cole, Jose, Dakauaiguy
- Place the following on-chain remark: `Instruction for HydraDX Council multisig address 7Hf1BkDYtp2YijMkJ6obQt8wrPrzn4KYrbek2Pp1iAobmefs to swap 3,278,540 PINK for DOT using OTC and subsequently create a PINK/DOT LP position before sending the LP shares to the HydraDX Treasury`
