- add liquidity to stableswap pool `102`
    - USDT `[10]` - `2,189,000`
    - USDC `[22]` - `2,189,000`
- transfer stableswap pool shares to Omnipool
- add stableswap pool shares as tradable asset in Omnipool
    - initial price `25,926,886,181`
    - LRNA price `38.57` USDT
    - stableswap pool share price `1` USDT
    - weight cap `30%`
