This proposal is the penultimate step in moving all HydraDX POL 
 away from Wormhole (Acala), the final step will follow this referendum, with final OTC orders switching the remaining Treasury assets to the MRL equivalent.

This proposal, if approved, will:

- Remove all remaining LPs
- Remove previously "sacrificed" POL positions
- Update tradable state to `frozen`
- Remove tokens and transfer to Treasury

For the following 4 assets:

- WBTC (Acala) - assetId `3`
- WETH (Acala) - assetId `4`
- DAI (Acala) - assetId `2`
- DAI (MRL) - assetId `18` *[this asset is still tradable through stablepools]*
