This proposal follows execution of [referendum #69 (nice)](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/69) and the ongoing [discussion #102](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/posts/102) regarding conversion of the remaining Wormhole (Acala) assets to Wormhole (Moonbeam) assets. Thus far responses have been clearly in favour, and whilst we should allow the discussion to continue regarding whether this is a full transition or partial, it makes sense that we should at least partially transition further liquidity in order to more appropriately balance the liquidity.

This proposal, if approved, will:

- **remove the following LPs:**
    - **Liquidity position #1672** - 292.37 shares of **WETH** *Wormhole (Acala)*
    - **Liquidity position #1404** - 13.22 shares of **WBTC** *Wormhole (Acala)*
- **create the following OTC orders:**
    - Swap 300 WETH *Wormhole (Acala)* for 299.25 WETH *Wormhole (Moonbeam)* [0.25% premium]
    - Swap 12 WBTC *Wormhole (Acala)* for 11.97 WBTC *Wormhole (Moonbeam)* [0.25% premium]

It will also remove/ destroy the following positions:

- 1402
- 1403

Which were withdrawn in referendum #69, but due to issues relating to size of the numbers did not 100% withdraw the positions and destroy the NFT. The value of these 2 positions is insignificant but this should be cleared up regardless.
