This proposal, if approved, will on behalf on the treasury:

- Withdraw completely USDC/USDT 2-Pool LP position `6336` from Omnipool (currently ~4.14M 2-Pool shares and 8100 H2O - combined value of ~$4.4M)
- Withdraw completely DOT LP position `3128` from Omnipool (currently ~102K DOT valued at ~$608K)
- Withdraw `470,000` shares from USDC/ USDT `2-Pool` in equal amounts of USDT & USDC

This will allow the use of `100,000` DOT, `222,222` USDC and  `222,222` USDT as seeding supply into the Money Market, and paves the way for further stablecoin liquidity restructuring to follow with the launch of HOLLAR PSM.

Any H2O received from withdrawal of this liquidity should be used to buyback HDX via DCA through a subsequent referendum.
