This proposal is to make WUD meme coin by [Gavun Wud](https://x.com/gavunwud) as a sufficient asset on Hydration, and set the sufficient balance to 20,000 WUD. 

Proof of admin for WUD have been revoked, this has been previouly confirmed and the status is visible on hydration. At the time of writing, 99 953 737 554 WUD | 6 552.76 DOT corresponding to the 75% of the WUD/DOT LP [have been burned](https://app.hydration.net/wallet/assets?account=7LqVTFRP67f9P8jAQebpmeLRMgzKR1QQm2EMpjYDFagE2eGE).
