Following on from the recent suspension of WBTC in Supply & Borrow, this proposal, if approved will remove WBTC from Omnipool.

Additions of liquidity to Omnipool for WBTC have already been suspended and the Treasury is the only LP - making this a straight forward batch. The resulting WBTC + H2O will be returned to the Treasury as part of the execution.

For some time WBTC liquidity + volume have been extremely low - with tBTC clearly the favoured BTC exposure for Hydration users.
