Following the addition of aDOT to Omnipool through referendum `#239` (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/239) - this proposal seeks to request the Technical committee to whitelist (fast track) the removal of DOT from Omnipool, by placing the following on-chain remark:

```Request the Technical Committee to whitelist a follow-up referendum to remove DOT from the Omnipool and migrate the Polkadot Treasury position to aDOT```

DOT will continue to trade on Hydration as normal, with a small drop in TVL due to DOT LPs which have not yet moved their positions across to the active aDOT farm. This will also release a substantial amount of POL DOT currently held as "protocol shares".
