This proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:

`Request the Technical Committee to whitelist any referenda relating to the launch of GIGAETH`

GIGAETH launch is complex and has multiple moving parts, including addition of GIGAETH shares to the Omnipool - we typically whitelist any referenda involving addition of assets to Omnipool given the potential for sharp price movements.

Once any referenda are fully enacted:

- native ETH will be tradable on Hydration
- wstETH will be tradable on Hydration
- GIGAETH will be tradable on Hydration
- native ETH can be used as collateral and borrowed on Hydration
- GIGAETH can be used as collateral on Hydration
- GIGAETH Omnipool farm will be live

The deployment is currently being tested - providing no major issues arise, we are expecting to **launch GIGAETH on Monday 30th June**.
