As per referendum #8 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/8) this proposal, if approved, will:

- set the tradeable state of assetId `101` (iBTC/WBTC 2-Pool shares) to `8` - *this stops trading of iBTC & WBTC and the addition of new liquidity*
- removes position `5690` from the Omnipool - *this is the Treasury's full iBTC/WBTC 2-Pool position*
- removes `29` shares from the `101` stablepool
- transfers `10` iBTC from the Treasury to the Omnipool account
- transfers `10` WBTC from the Treasury to the Omnipool account
- launches trading for iBTC - weight cap `5%`, initial price `35360066006600700000000000`, which with an H2O price of `$30.30` translates to an iBTC price of `$107,141`
- launches trading for WBTC - weight cap `5%`, initial price `34009570957095700000000000`, which with an H2O price of `$30.30` translates to a WBTC price of `$103,049`

The prices of WBTC & iBTC were taken from Hydration at the time of the proposal being created.
