This referendum, if passed, will approve the funding of development of the HydraDX Protocol by placing the following on-chain remark:

`Put aside 5M DAI of the LBP funds to be used for research, development, auditing, marketing, and other activities which directly benefit the HydraDX Protocol during the upcoming 2 years. The funds will be distributed by the HydraDX Council in installments equivalent to no more than 6 months' runway.`
