[**This is the third proposal, the first was cancelled due to badOrigin on the sacrificing of the positions, the second was overwritten by motion #52 - not joking**]

This referendum, if approved will enact the following:

- **raise TVL cap to $2,222,222**
- set DAI weight cap to 100%
- set ETH weight cap to 100%
- **add 185.45 ETH to Omnipool as LP from treasury**
- **add 300,000 DAI to Omnipool as LP from treasury**
- **set DAI weight cap to 45%**
- **set ETH weight cap to 45%**
- **set HDX weight cap to 8%**
- sacrifice position 978 (50k DAI)
- sacrifice position 979 (63.75 ETH)

The weight caps of ETH and DAI are temporarily increased to 100% to prevent adding of liquidity from failing, but adjusted to 45% weight cap at the end of the batch.

Sacrificing of positions 978 & 979 pertain to last week's additional liquidity adding - this is an additional step in changing the status of treasury LP to POL.
