This proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:

`Revert the Liquidity Mining claim function to prior to v32.0.0 runtime release`

If approved by token holders, the Intergalactic team will prepare a runtime release that reverts the claim behaviour for Liquidity mining back to the mechanism prior to the v32.0.0 runtime release.

Whilst launched with the best intentions for the protocol, user feedback is very important and the new mechanism seems to have added significant complexity and friction for users.
