This proposal, if approved, will update the weight caps for assets in the Omnipool as below:

- DOT - `80%` > `35%`
- ETH (MRL)  - `30%` > `10%`
- 2-Pool Stables  - `30%` > `40%`
- vDOT  - `22%` > `15%`
- 4-Pool Stables  - `20%` > `10%`
- 2-Pool BTC  - `20%` > `15%`
- KILT  - `5%` > `2%`
- BNC  - `5%` > `3.5%`
- CFG  - `5%` > `4%`
- CRU - `5%` > `0.7%`
- PHA - `5%` > `2.5%`
- ZTG - `5%` > `0.4%`
- INTR - `5%` > `2%`
- HDX - `2%` > `0.1%`
- RING - `2%` > `0.15%`

There have been longstanding discussions regarding adjusting weight caps for several assets, as the Omnipool TVL and number of assets has grown and the state of assets have changed over time. These values should be adjusted more regularly so that they make sense for the asset in question.

The main driver for this change is in order to move 10% weight cap from the 4-Pool stables to 2-Pool stables so that we can allow additional LPs for native stables, whereas the 4-Pool is currently significantly under its' weight cap.
