This proposal, if approved, will create a new DCA schedule to swap `350,000` DAI for DOT, with the following parameters:

-  `10` block interval, `1%` slippage limit, max `9` retries, `50.80` DAI per trade

This will bring the outstanding DAI allocated for DCA into DOT down to `280,000` DAI - this can commence once the USDT LP is withdrawn during creation of the USDT<>USDC 2-Pool, as there will be additional USDT left outside of the amount allocated for the stablepool.
