This proposal, if approved, will:

- Update the tradable status of WBTC (MRL) [assetId `19`] to `11` (cannot add liquidity)
- Update the tradable status of iBTC [assetId `11`] to `11` (cannot add liquidity)

This is to ensure that no additional WBTC & iBTC positions are added to the Omnipool ahead of the upcoming **launch of the WBTC <> iBTC 2-Pool** - if you are a LP of either of those assets, please remove them from the Omnipool.

The proposal will also finalise the **ongoing process to remove Acala (Wormhole) assets from HydraDX** - by swapping the remaining Treasury assets with the Moonbeam Routed Liquidity equivalent:

- Create OTC order to swap `0.057` WBTC (Acala) for `0.0569` WBTC (MRL) [*0.25% premium*]
- Create OTC order to swap `309.85` WETH (Acala) for `309.08` WETH (MRL) [*0.25% premium*]
- Create OTC order to swap `351,145` DAI (Acala) for `350,268` DAI (MRL) [*0.25% premium*]
