There's a lot to this one! This proposal, if approved, will:

- Remove liquidity from the recent bonds LBP from `7J3SQWPgqtD7MLRCgXohm2hTPcfndqfyAH4sbrB3KpxWrD64` and return to the Treasury
- Remove DAI (MRL) LP `3362` from the Omnipool - approximately `493,300` DAI
- Remove DAI (MRL) LP `2981` from the Omnipool - approximately `294,100` DAI
- Create `500,000` DAI DCA order from DAI to DOT
    - `2` block interval, `1%` slippage limit, max `9` retries, `10.16` DAI per trade
- Create `200,000` DAI DCA order from DAI to HDX
    - `5` block interval, `1%` slippage limit, max `9` retries, `7.63` DAI per trade
- Update tradable status of DAI (MRL) [`18`] - preventing buying, selling & adding liquidity - allowing only for withdrawal of existing LPs
- Authorize upgrade release `v20.1.1` to runtime version `hydradx/185`
