This proposal, if approved, will:

- Increase the HDX asset weight cap to 10%
- **Add 22,222,222 HDX from the Treasury to the Omnipool**
- **Decrease the HDX asset weight cap to 2%**

This will increase the amount of HDX liquidity in the Omnipool, to offset the expected drop due to LPs removing their HDX for HDX staking. This will also reduce the weight cap sufficiently to avoid any further external LPs being able to add HDX liquidity, regardless of price & total TVL movements.
